A ceremonial opening of a photogallery of portraits of scientists of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research was held on December 23, 2015 in the University “Dubna”.

Rector of the University «Dubna», Professor D.V.Fursaev, JINR Director Academician V.A.Matveev, and Head of the JINR Scientific Information Department B.M.Starchenko made speeches in front students and teachers. They spoke about the close cooperation of the Institute and the University, which is increasingly becoming a center of scientific personnel training to promote new JINR projects, the continuity of scientific generations and about the idea that the search for truth is one of the highest destinies of human on Earth. Now hundreds of students, rushing to their audiences, will briefly slow down to look at the faces, symbolizing the world of big Science.
