V Higher Courses of CIS for young scientists, post-graduate and graduate students on advanced methods of research in nanosystems and materials "Synchronous and neutron research in nanosystems (SYN-nano-2012)" is being held in the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, the Russian Research Centre "Kurchatov Institute", and the Shubnikov Institute of Crystallography of the Russian Academy of Science on 17 June – 5 July.

5The Higher Courses will be held with support of the International Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the International Association of Academies of Sciences.
