JINR staff conference

A conference of JINR staff on the status of compliance with the Collective agreement of 2008-2010 between JINR Directorate and JINR staff was held on 25 April at the International Conference Hall.
During the conference, JINR Director A.N.Sissakian gave a review of the milestones of the Seven-year plan for the development of JINR and JINR Directorate activities arrangements on maintenance and development of the social infrastructure of JINR, the staff salary increase. JINR Director expressed gratitude of the Committee of Plenipotentiaries of the JINR Member States to the staff for their selfless labor which is the base of all JINR achievements.
During the discussion, issues of labor regulation, a lag between the salary increase and stagflation and a number of other issues were discussed. The conference drew attention of the JINR Directorate and the United Trade Union Committee-22 to remarks on some clauses of the Collective agreement and on the necessity to take into account the remarks while drawing up a Collective agreement for 2010-2012.
