The summer meetings of the JINR Programme Advisory Committee

The summer meetings of the JINR Programme Advisory Committee opened on 10 June at the Internation Conference Hall with 31st meeting of the Programme Advisory Committee for Particle Physics.
The meeting agenda included discussions on the progress in the preparation of the seven-year plan for the development of JINR 2010 – 2016, number of questions connected with Nuclotron-M/NICA projects and MPD detector. The message about JINR working process on ILC and the preparing for the the LHC experements data taking were also disccussed.
There was a round table meeting on the new external computer communication link JINR-Moscow and JINR GRID-segment within the framework of the PAC meeting.
The meeting of the Programme Advisory Committee for Nuclear Physics will be held on 22-23 June and the meeting of the Programme Advisory Committee for Condensed Matter Physics will be held on 25-26 June.
