We pay attention to each information request and are ready to provide prompt organizational support:
- Interviews and comments. We select the speakers (from young researchers to experienced engineers and scientists) for a specific topic;
- Filming. We help with the coordination of the film crew entry to the Institute’s territory and provision of access to experimental facilities;
- Media materials. We provide archival and up-to-date photos and footage in high-quality for your videos.
How to request information or receive permission for a video shoot:
Since JINR is an international organization and is a facility with a special access regime, the organization of visits requires prior approval.
- Send a letter with your organization’s official letterhead, signed by the head or responsible person to the email: press@jinr.ru;
- In the letter, briefly define the topic of the story or article, the speakers you are interested in, a preliminary list of questions, and the planned release dates of the material;
- After approval of the photo and video shoot, it is required to provide a list of the film crew and a list of equipment for the preparation of entry permission to the Institute’s territory.
