Abstract:
This seminar will highlight some innovative applications of NaI(Tl) gamma-ray detectors and systems, emphasising their unique characteristics: relatively high gamma-quanta detection efficiency, moderate energy resolution, and rapid timing response. These attributes facilitate their use in various fields, including nuclear medicine imaging, radiation monitoring, nuclear physics research, etc.
