The bound states of di and triatomic clusters consisting of He and Ne atoms are discussed. An overview of experimental and theoretical results is provided, and the possibility of the emergence of Efmov states in the trimers under consideration is discussed. Studies of triatomic systems are conducted within the framework of the Faddeev equations in confguration space.
