Abstract:

The present work is aimed at the development of methods for calculating superconducting interferometric schemes based on Josephson contacts as well as the elaboration of basic elements of devices for signal receiving and information processing based on them. The corresponding research cycle includes the construction of missing analytical expressions describing the response of superconducting quantum interferometers to an external magnetic signal, optimization of the circuits of analog and digital converters of a magnetic signal to a voltage based on SQUIDs, and development of methods for application of magnetic Josephson junctions in superconductor logic and memory circuits.
