Abstract:
The seminar will present the capabilities of the HybriLIT heterogeneous platform for analysing data obtained during radiobiology experiments, andservices for algorithm development, data annotation, and mathematical modeling of biological systems. A data storage and processing system built on NextCloud cloud storage technology and the Lustre parallel file system will be presented. The system offers users functionality for loading and unloading experimental data, group directories, and the ability to connect to the ML/DL/HPC ecosystem included in the HybriLIT heterogeneous platform for performing calculations and processing experimental data. The speakers will demonstrate how to work with the data storage and processing system, from input, data loading/unloading, and data analysis in a multi-user JupyterLab environment.
