Abstract:
The talk will present the production capabilities and leading products of the Cuban corporation BIOCUBAFARMA, as well as consider possible ways of cooperation between Cuba and Russia in the development and production of new pharmaceutical products, taking into account the experience of the Cuban representative. Ways to promote cooperation between the institutes that are part of BIOCUBAFARMA and LRB JINR will be analyzed.

Abstract:
Pharmacometrics is the science of quantification in pharmacology and is an indispensable tool in the development of new drugs and therapeutic procedures. Its application requires the participation of other disciplines ranging from physiology to artificial intelligence. For several years it has been shown that the greatest therapeutic advances in oncology have been achieved thanks to combined therapies, among which radiotherapy and immunotherapy stand out. There are several factors involved in the efficacy of combined therapies, among them the time is an important factor. Examples of successes and failures of combination therapies will be provided and how their modeling is approached using pharmacometrics and especially nonlinear mixed effects models
