Abstract:
The last results of the collaboration Dubna-Prague-Bratislava-Erlangen in description of nuclear
dynamics within the self-consistent RPA with Skyrme forces are outlined. Recent developments
of the model, description of low-energy states, fine structure of giant resonances and its wavelet
analysis, vortical motion in nuclei are considered. In particular, proposals on the search of vortical
states in light nuclei using the inelastic electron scattering are discussed
