The JINR Universal Public Library invites everyone interested to a lecture “Art or kitch: Swans of tyres” by Mila Pilipenko.
Mila Pilipenko, undergraduate of the Faculty of Arts of the University of Bologna, is a speaker.
Mila will speak about when and why housing and communal services’ art appeared, where it is common, and whether it will completely disappear. In recent years, books and articles in academic journals about the utilities’ art began to be published; Mila’s diploma thesis is devoted to this kind of art.
