As Chairman of the Dubna Council of Deputies S.A. Kulikov reported, the decision was made at the meeting of the Council held on 25 July 2018 to award the Badge of Honour «For Services to Dubna» to JINR Director, RAS Academician Victor Anatolievich Matveev.

Award of Badges of Honour is held by the head of the city at the festive ceremony in the presence of deputies of the city Council and officials of the city administration.
