On 7 March 2020, at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, gala concerts of the Interregional Open Arts Festival for children “First steps in the arts” will take place in the JINR Cultural Centre “Mir”. The audience will have an opportunity to enjoy performances of dance and sports teams, the vocal of singers.
