“Guttenberg’s Smoking Room” meeting

“Guttenberg’s Smoking Room” is the format of meetings for wide audience at which participants retell non-fiction books: documentaries or science-popular books on any knowledge field (except for religion, esotery, and politics). After each retelling, the audience may ask questions and make comments.
This time, the following books will be presented:
- “Masters of Doom: How Two Guys Created an Empire and Transformed Pop Culture” by David Kushner. Vladimir Panin will present.
- “Cognitive therapy: Basics and beyond” by Judith Beck. Ekaterina Korneeva will present.
- “The Arabs: A History. This major new interpretation of Arab history, covering the years 1516 to present” by Eugene Rogan. Elena Badawy will present.
- “I want — I can— I must. Get to know yourself and act!” by Marina Melia. Natalia Mitkevich will present.
Tea and discussions will entertain participants between reports.
