Guttenberg’s Smoking Room is the format of meetings for a wide audience at which participants retell non-fiction books: documentaries or science-popular books on any knowledge field (except for religion, esotery, and politics). After each retelling, the audience may ask questions and make comments.
This time, the following books will be presented:
- “Another Russia: Research on the History of the Russian Emigration”, Oleg Budnitsky. Presentation by Ilya Gapienko.
- “Wasteland: The Great War and the Origins of Modern Horror”, W. Scott Poole. Presentation by Elena Lev.
- “KISS. Face The Music: A Life Exposed”, Paul Stanley. Presentation by Vladimir Panin.
- “How to Become a Genius: The Life Strategy of a Creative Person”, Genrikh Altshuller, Igor Vertkin. Presentation by Kira Ponomareva.
Tea and discussions will entertain participants between reports.
