Kettlebell lifting tournament in memory of A.M. Weinstein

On 23 December 2018 in the gym for weight-lifting of the JINR Sports Club, the kettlebell lifting tournament in memory of A.M. Weinstein will be held. All interested to participate and sports fans are kindly invited to the competition.
Start of the competition is set on 10:30 AM, weighing will be held since 09:00 AM.
Weight categories: under 68 kg, under 73 kg, under 78 kg, under 85 kg, under 95 kg and more than 95 kg.
Exercises: combined — 10 min., kettlebells 16 kg, 24 kg and 32 kg with 0,5, 1,0 and 2,0 indexes; relay race — 15 min. (push of 16 kg kettlebells, 3 min. for one participant).
The points scored in DC are transfered by indexes 1.0 in performances with weights 16 kg, 1.7 – with weights 24 kg and 4.0 – with weights 32 kg.
