Agenda:

1. Recommendation on the development of a programme for measuring polarization phenomena at the Nuclotron
   We suggest considering the possibility of new project organization on 1B channel of building 205 at the VBLHEP JINR Nuclotron accelerating complex. The measurement programme of the project can be based on the previously obtained results on the search for high-pulse asymptotics of spin. They are observed in the reactions of polarized deuterons, protons, and neutrons at energies up to 10 GeV. New measurements can be carried out at the modern technology level of polarized targets and detectors.
   R. A. Shindin (VBLHEP) and Y. A. Usov (DLNP) will present two reports containing the main approaches to the project organization.
2. Presentation of E. V. Sukhov as a candidate for participation in 2022 competition in the “Social mortgage” subprogramme. It is a subprogramme of the “Dwelling” programme of the Moscow Region.
