On 21 August 2026, from 12:00 to 21:00, the JINR Universal Public Library invites everyone interested to the NABKA art festival.
NABKA is an event dedicated to shaping Dubna’s modern image by uniting independent creative initiatives of the residents and guests of the city. Various artistic disciplines are gathered in one place, at one time: handicrafts, music, fine art, writing, photography, science, and, most importantly, the art of live communication.
The admission is free.
