Abstract
This paper discusses the generation of three-dimensional meshes oriented to the finite element method. The algorithm used is based on representation of the problem domain as a combination of standard macroblocks with initial generation of a two-dimensional mesh on their boundary followed by generation of a tree- dimensional mesh in each block individually. The possibility of generating meshes using the developed finite-element mesh generator 3DFEMMesh is discussed.
