Project defence of Summer School educational event

The JINR Universal Public Library invites you to visit the project defence of the urban studies workshop of the Summer School educational project.
The workshop participants conducted several studies of Dubna in July-August. Teams collected information, analysed it, made final presentations, and are now ready to present them to Dubna residents and colleagues.
Three presentations will be shown:
- anthropological research “The Heart of Dubna” (students searched for the centre of Dubna through surveys, in-depth interviews, and mind maps);
- architectural and art history research “The City Speaks. Monumental Art of Dubna” (students studied city facades, mosaic panels, street art and assessed their significance for city residents);
- architectural research “City’s Riverbanks. To the left” (assessment of water resources and their potential on the left bank).
