34th Russian Cosmic Rays Conference (RCRC-2016) was opened on 15 August 2016 in the conference hall of the Dubna branch of the Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of Moscow State University. The organizers of the Conference are the Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of Moscow State University and RAS Scientific Council on “Cosmic rays” Integrated Problem.
