On 22 April 2026, at 4:00 PM, the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists at JINR invites everyone interested to the next seminar that will take place in the Big Hall of the JINR Scientists’ Club (6 Joliot-Curie St, left side).
Endocrinologist Anas Munzer will deliver the presentation titled “Early diagnosis of thyroid cancer”.
The speaker will discuss the development of a program for stratifying thyroid nodules by TIRADS categories and ultrasound images using transfer learning of high-performance neural networks.
The seminar is part of the “Young scientists – young doctors” project, which aims to develop professional collaboration between young specialists from the Medical Unit No. 9 and young JINR scientists, fostering research-oriented clinical practice and promising interdisciplinary cooperation.
