JINR together with Special economic zone “Dubna” (SEZ “Dubna”) invites schoolchildren, students, and young scientists to take part in an Open Competition for the Best Youth Scientific and Technical Project.

The competition includes two age groups: pupils aged 6 to 17; students, postgraduate students and young scientists up to 25 years old.

The topic of the scientific and technical project to be submitted for the competition must be related to one of the directions of the SEZ “Dubna” resident companies activities:

• complex technical systems;
• biomedical technologies;
• information technologies;
• new materials;
• nuclear physics and nanotechnologies.

The submitted works will be judged in three categories: creative idea, functioning structure and working software code. The winners of the competition will receive a monetary reward for further development of the project.

Applications can be submitted online from 17 October to 7 November. The results will be announced on 10 November.
