China enhances cooperation with NICA
On 2 – 3 July 2018, a workshop on accelerator issues of the NICA project with participation of colleagues from the Institute of Modern Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the People's Republic of China (Lanzhou) was held in the Veksler and Baldin Laboratory of High Energy Physics. From the Chinese party, General Director in Chief for HIAF and CIADS projects Wenlong Zhan, Director of the HIAF project Guoqing Xiao, Deputy Director of the HIAF project Hongwei Zhao, leading staff members of the project Wei WU, Lizhen MA and Shan Sha took part in the workshop.
