On 19 February 2023, at 5:00 PM, the JINR Cultural Centre “Mir” invites everyone to a concert by the Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Shopin State College of Musical Performance.

Conductor: Vladimir Ryzhaev, Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.

The Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Shopin State College of Musical Performance is a laureate of numerous competitions and festivals.

The concert programme is very various. It consists of popular world classical works, including the overture to the Marriage of Figaro opera by Mozart, Rondo capriccioso by Saint-Saëns, Walpurgis Night by Gounod, On the Beautiful Blue Danube by Strauss, Cancan by Offenbach, music by Vivaldi, Wieniawski, and others. The exotic work Solo for Typewriter and Orchestra by Leroy Anderson will be also performed.
