The Frank Laboratory of Neutron Physics informs that on 15 February, the second cycle at the IBR-2 reactor started in the regular operation mode with the use of one cryogenic moderator. The Laboratory has started accepting Russian users. 13 people from the PNPI, Yekaterinburg, and Moscow are expected to come for this cycle.
