Psychological workshop at “Blokhinka”

On 10 November 2022, at 6:30 PM, the JINR Universal Public Library invites to an open workshop by a psychologist Natalya Mitkevich “How to keep balance when storm is all around”.

At the workshop, you can:

  • conduct self-diagnosis for signs of stress or distress.
  • get practical tools for self-care in crisis situations.
  • understand how to look for support when you lost the ground under your feet.

Host: Natalya Mitkevich, practicing psychologist with ten years of experience (HSE master of psychology), business coach, member of the Association of psychoanalytic coaching and business consulting, Leadership Coaching Awards winner in the nomination “Integration. Creation of the future coaching”. Author and host of the self-development project “Workshop KiZhi: movie and life”, “PSY-yoga: move to yourself” for adults and teenagers.

The meeting is supported by the JINR Women’s Committee and precedes a free practical course – support group for JINR employees and their family members “Finding foothold in crisis situation”.

The course will include six meetings on Wednesdays, from 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM, in Blokhinka. This course will help you to:

  • deal with your own feelings,
  • improve the psycho-emotional condition,
  • get more practical tools for self-care.

On 10 November, at the open workshop, you may meet the group host Natalya Mitkevich, and get answers to interesting questions. You may preliminarily apply for course via the link below (choose a corresponding option in the registration form). Places are limited.
