From 11 to 18 June 2018, the VII traditional conference for young scientists and specialists “Alushta-2018” will be held on the basis of the JINR Resort Hotel “Dubna” in Alushta, the Republic of Crimea.

The Conference is held in the format of a scientific school. The central topic of the conference is traditionally one of the priority fields of research of the Institute and its major scientific achievements.

In the framework of the event, leading JINR scientists will deliver lectures on recent achievements made in the JINR laboratories. Young scientists and specialists of JINR will present reports on their research fields. Furthermore, a round table meeting of young scientists with the JINR Directorate will be held.

Moreover, school students from Crimea will present their reports at the Conference this year, and the best of them will be awarded with diplomas that will be taken into consideration while entering the Dubna State University.

The scientific programme of the VII Conference will be complemented by the intellectual game “brain quiz” and sports events.
