The Ministry of Construction of the Moscow Region approved building of the plant for production of medical equipment used for radiation therapy in Dubna. It will be the first in Russia plant for production of medical linear accelerators for radiation therapy for oncological diseases.
The press office of the Ministry of Construction Complex of the Moscow region informed that the plant for production of medical equipment for radiation therapy will be constructed in the Dubna urban district.
It is also specified that the production complex, construction of which will be carried out at the territory of Special Economic Zone “Dubna”, is intended to produce linear accelerators for radiation therapy.
