By the tradition, the programme of the autumn session of the JINR Scientific Council includes presentation of diplomas to the winners of JINR prizes and diplomas to scientists who were conferred the title "Honorary Doctor of JINR".
At the present session, the newly elected honorary doctors S. Enkhbat and R. Meyer, were dressed in professorial robes for the first time.
