The Baikal winter expedition was finished

The regular winter expedition at Lake Baikal was finished. The first clusters were fully repaired. The third cluster was brought into operation. The volume of work performed corresponds to the volume required for installation of three clusters. This will allow installation of 2-3 clusters per one season during next expeditions.
