The Ministry of Investments and Innovations of the Moscow Region announces selection of in-demand young scientists and specialists as well as young unique specialists for their participation in the second stage of the “Social mortgage” subprogramme. It is a subprogramme of the “Dwelling” programme of the Moscow Region affirmed by the Regulation of the Government of the Moscow Region № 790/39 dated 25/10/2016 on Confirmation of the “Dwelling” State Programme of the Moscow Region for 2017-2027 (hereafter referred to as “subprogramme”).

Conditions of participation in the subprogramme, rules of selection, criteria young scientists and specialists and young unique specialists should satisfy, the application form, the list of documents and materials needed, terms and address for sending in applications are available in the following files:
