On 24 — 26 March 2009 the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Russian Federation Professor Yelitsa Kuryak and the Cooperation Coordinator between the Scientific Organizations of Serbia and JINR Professor of the Faculty of Sciences in Novi Sad Miodrag Krmar visited Dubna.
In connection therewith the negotiations with the participation of JINR and laboratories directorates were held at the Institute.

The negotiations concluded with the signing of the Protocol of Joint Cooperation Activation as part of the Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and JINR. According to the Protocol the exchange of visits at the highest level will take place in the near future, and young Serbian scientists will come at JINR this year.
