On 29 October 2016, Professor Ovsat Bahram oglu ABDINOV passed away. He was acting Plenipotentiary representative of Azerbaijan in JINR, the member of the JINR Scientific Council, the Head of the Laboratory for High Energy Physics of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, the outstanding person and scientist.
