Director of the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Professor U.S. Salikhbaev visited JINR on 22 December 2014.
Prospects of joint research and attraction of young specialists to joint work were discussed at a meeting with the JINR Directorate. During the discussion, participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on organizational issues of cooperation.U.S. Salikhbaev emphasized the fact that cooperation with JINR is of top priority for Uzbek nuclear physicists and thanked leaders of the Institute for the extensive support of Uzbek specialists who work at JINR.
