Russian Science Foundation invites applications within the Presidential research projects programme in two categories: initiative research competition for young scientists and youth research groups competition. One of the criteria for the projects is that they should solve the problems of keeping young scientists in the scientific and educational sphere, stimulating scientific mobility, and providing targeted assistance to talented researchers at the beginning of their scientific career.
