On Wednesday, 16 December, Vladimir Kekelidze, Director of the Laboratory of High Energy Physics JINR, will give a talk at the 494th meeting of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the frames of the Expert Time project.
The RAS Corresponding Member will speak about the implementation of the international scientific and technical cooperation and scientific diplomacy using the example of the mega–project “NICA collider“. Vladimir Kekelidze will give his talk from 12:00 to 12:30 PM.
The Expert Time project includes presentations by internationally recognized specialists at meetings of the Federation Council of Russia. Scientists, politicians, directors, and artists may be invited as speakers. In the frames of the Expert Time, invited specialists tell senators about topical issues of society and the state, new challenges and possible ways for their solution.
