On 31 March 2025, the Chair of the Council of the Association of Young Scientists and Specialists was elected during an AYSS General Meeting. The meeting was held in a hybrid format in the Laboratory of Information Technologies and online on Webinar.
Based on the election results, Regina Kozhina (LRB) was appointed AYSS Council Chair. The AYSS Council members were approved:

- Veronika Smirnova (Council Secretary; FLNP)
- Ivan Sokolov (MLIT)

- Daria Shamina (LRB)
