On behalf of JINR employees, he congratulated the MSU Rector on the anniversary and thanked him for his long-term promotion of cooperation between the Joint Institute and the university.

“For more than half a century, the branch of the MSU Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics exists in Dubna. With the JINR University Centre participation, it has been providing young scientists with education for the past 30 years. Currently, there are two departments in the branch: “Elementary particle physics” and “Fundamental and applied nuclear physics”. In the future, we plan to establish more educational programmes in the fields of computer science and chemistry and open new departments. Only through the strong and harmonious relationship between the Joint Institute and the Moscow State University were these achievements attainable. With such an authoritative partner as MSU, we all certainly have a bright future ahead of us”, the JINR director noted.

Director of the MSU Branch in Dubna, RAS Corresponding Member Eduard Boos thanked the Directorate of the Joint Institute and MLIT on behalf of the Moscow University for the opportunity to hold the event.
