St.Petersburg OPEN 2014

The most popular in Russia international swimming tournament in the category “MASTERS” ‘St.Petersburg OPEN 2014’ was held on 31 May – 1 June in St.Petersburg. In the modern Swimming Centre of St.Petersburg, which has 10 lanes of 50 m each and the “Omega” electronic  timing system, over 300 swimmers competed for the prestigious Prizes. Three participants represented the club “Element 105” from Dubna; they won in total 6 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medals. Anna Sergeeva won the full set of medals: the gold medal for 200 m Individual Medley swimming, the silver medal for 50 m in Free Swimming and the bronze medal for 100 m in Free Swimming. Dmitrij Bychkov competed in all distances in breast stroke and won gold in 50 m and 200 m, and silver in 100 m. Igor Morozov did his best for the club that he chairs and won gold for all distances – for 200 m Individual Medley swimming, 100 m and 200 m in butterfly.  Our congratulations to our champions and prize-winners! We wish them new victories in future competitions.
