On 17 June 2020, a meeting of a group supervising repairs and modernization of the dormitory (2, Moscovskaya str.) was held. Representatives of the Czech construction company Asarko reported on the progress of repairs.

According to the report, constructors have already finished dismantling work and are actively installing pipelines and networks. They have already started painting and decorating the first residential floors (finishing partitions of utility rooms, wall plastering, ceiling). It was noted that all repairs are conducted due to the schedule.
