Today, on 28 October 2020, the 6th Collaboration Meeting of the MPD Experiment at the NICA started in a video conference format.

The Meeting is organized by the Laboratory of High Energy Physics. The goal of the meeting is to report on the status of the recent activities in the MPD Hall, present the detector readiness, discuss the physics goals and results of the Collaboration, as well as address the current organizational matters of MPD.

The meeting includes physics and detector readiness sessions open for all MPD Collaborators, as well as the MPD Institutional Board session.

142 specialists from world-leading scientific centres take part in the event.

The meeting will be finished on 30 October.
