Рабочее совещание XFitter (HERAFitter) «PDFs for Standard Model and beyond» пройдет 18-20 февраля 2016 г. в Лаборатории ядерных проблем им. В.П.Джелепова (ОИЯИ).

Аннотация

An accurate knowledge of the Parton Distribution Functions (PDF) plays a critical role for the precision tests of the Standard Model (SM) and substantially impacts the theory predictions for high-energy new physics.

The xFitter project provides a unique collection of tools for the determination of the proton‘s PDFs and for the interpretation of the physics analyses in the context of QCD. The external meeting in ]INR is organized to bring together users and developers of the project, to discuss new features and requirements from the experiment and theory points of view.
