Seminar topic: “Geometrical approach and some other methods for calculation of Feynman diagrams”

Speaker: Andrei Davydychev (SINP MSU)

Abstract:

A geometrical approach to the calculation of Feynman diagrams is reviewed. It is shown that the geometrical splitting yields useful connections between Feynman integrals with different momenta and masses. It is demonstrated how these results can be used to reduce the number of independent variables in the occurring functions. Some other methods for loop diagrams are briefly described, particularly those related to calculations at non-zero temperature, within a modified dispersion approach, etc.
