The scientific and organizational activity of JINR is executed based on the annually issued document, the “Topical Plan (TP) for JINR Research and International Cooperation”. TP includes works carried out as part of the JINR major scientific infrastructure, individual topics and projects, which are selected by the Scientific Council and approved by the Institute’s Directorate. A topic must include at least one project. There are instances where one topic includes several projects.
