Abstract:
The main capabilities of the system are presented, and the user’s personal account is created. The capabilities of the personal account are determined by the role assigned to the user. An ordinary user is provided with information about the licenses they own, network licenses, and other licenses available to them. Users with roles such as operator, specialist, and auditor can manage this information within their role. The system provides statistical information on the use of purchased licenses, a mechanism for approving applications has been implemented, with various applications created on its basis, such as user applications for a new license, for adding new software products to the catalogue of supported software, and auditor applications for the purchase of additional licenses. Integration with other services within the JINR Digital Ecosystem has been implemented.
