Abstract:

The study of pA- and AA-interactions with production of the particles in the cumulative region (kinematical region when several nucleons participate in the initial or final state as a point like object) has been going on since the late 50th of the last century. The important step in the study of nature of the cumulative processes was the beginning of systematic research in high pT range at the accelerators ITEP (Moscow) and IHEP (Protvino). These experiments directly have indicated to existence of the cold super dense baryon component of the nuclear matter (CsDBM). This component can be the same state of the nuclear matter which is presented in the center of massive stars and determines their properties and the laws of evolution. The physical program for the further research at the setups which under construction has been prepared.
