Аннотация:

Electronic spectrum and DC conductivity of electron-doped cuprates Nd2-x Cex CuO4 are calculated in a broad region of Ce doping, 0.12 < x < 0.20. It is shown that a short-range antiferromagnetic order determines the Fermi surface transformation with changing x, observed in ARPES experiments, and results in quadratic temperature dependence of DC conductivity, found in experiments. Calculations are performed using the Green function method for the t-J model.
