Program for visualising data from irradiation facility model registered

News, 24 April 2024

The Innovations and Intellectual Property Department of JINR announces that on 15 April 2024, the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research received a state registration certificate for the data visualisation program for a computer model of an irradiation facility simulating a mixed radiation field at charged particle accelerators.

Congratulations to the author for receiving state registration!

“Data visualisation program for a computer model of an irradiation facility simulating a mixed radiation field at charged particle accelerators”

Author: Ivan Gordeev (LRB JINR)

The program is designed to visualise the source and output data, as well as computer model parameters for an irradiation facility that simulates a mixed radiation field at charged particle accelerators (simulated). The program includes functions allowing to visualise the source data, which is used for selecting the parameters of the simulator model, and to visualise the selected model parameters: converter sector areas and visualisation and comparison of the resulting model data. The output of the program is a visual representation of the initial and resulting differential spectra of the particle flux density and fluence distribution in the charge. Output can be saved in popular file formats (png, eps, tex, pdf). OS: Unix, Windows.
Programming language: Python 3.8
Program size: 50 MB
